I went into Fairbanks Chevy dealership after an engine light appeared on the dash. There were no available park spaces in the dealership so I had to park in one of the isles. The service women appeared tired and unfriendly and never smiled. She was reluctant to analyze my onboard truck computer until I asked to speak with the service manager. When she did, she left out the code explanation and said she would not provide the code explanation which I quickly obtained off goggles search. This is the first time that I have ever bought and traded in a car at an official dealership and the salesman and the dealership made the process amazing and super easy to make sure that what I wanted was done. Great service, would recommend to everyone that I can.
Overall the buying experience was about what I expected. The initial sales rep I was working with did not seem to value my time and acted as if I was wasting his time asking questions to make sure the vehicle was the right fit for me. Once I found a vehicle I liked, I made an appointment with the original guy to sit down and make a deal, only for him to bail last minute, presumably to make a bigger sale. It was a very good experience overall. I was, however, slightly disappointed that I couldn’t take delivery of my vehicle on the day the sale was made, but rather five days afterwards. What can I say i bought a truck with a noisey power steering pump they replace it. Its doing the same thing going to try one more time to replace, if this dont work they will work with me to get a different rig. That's what im talking about, this kind of support is number 1 in my book.

My experience at Fairbanks Chevy was very positive. Tajhrel, and every person that helped me out, was kind and helpful. The process was smooth and easy. I am completely satisfied with my purchase and experience.
I have had the absolute worst experience with owning a Chevy due to the absolute worst service and parts department in Alaska. I have a 2020 Silverado with a bad transmission. They told me my mirror needs replacement before they can address my transmission. I have metal and burned fluid in my filter, but they tell me it is the ambient temperature sensor in my passenger mirror. My truck had sat for 6 weeks.
Hands down, the best car buying and sales experience. Jeff knows how to treat his customers professionally while making the process short and sweet.
